山西省写字楼物业服务标准 DBJ04/T298-2013

山西省写字楼物业服务标准 DBJ04/T298-2013
前   言
本标准是根据山西省住房和城乡建设厅《关于印发<2013年山西省工程建设地方标准规范制订、修订计划>的通知》(晋建标函[2013]379号)的要求,由山西省房地产业协会组织有关单位编制完成。
本标准的技术内容包括:总则、术语、基本规定、客户服务、房屋共用部位维护管理、共用设施设备运行与维护、公共秩序维护、环境卫生、绿化养护。
本标准由山西省工程建设标准定额站负责管理,由山西省房地产业协会负责具体标准内容的解释。执行标准过程中,如有意见和建议,请反馈山西省房地产业协会(地址:太原市建设北路85号,邮政编码:030013)。
